Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original box including all cables, styluses, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Ship to BOOX
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send your package to our designated return center; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
